Reservations are required for any operational days to be your stay comfortable.

• Rooms are all shared room. Most of them are 8 people dormitories(mixed).
• We will keep each place for you and your accompanies upon reservations.
  If you were not sure how many people in your group, we could not accept your reservation.
• Please note that the extra ¥3,000 will be charged for walk-in guests or reservations on the day.

To reserve your stay, we ask to make a phone call directly.
We accept reservation calls a month before your stay date.

For example, if you plan to stay on August 11th, please call us on July 11th. Your reservations can be accepted from July 11th to August 11th.

Due to unsustainable internet connection in mountains, we DO NOT accept any reservations through this website, e-mail, or any social network services.

• If you would like to stay between April 27th to May 26th, please call us after April 26th.
• Reservations for 31st of May, July, and October, the reservation call will start from 30th of last month.
• Reservations for bigger group such as 25 people or more are NOT accepted in busy season.
  2024 season: July 13th ~ October 14th

Reservations must be cancelled by 5pm the previous day to avoid any cancellation charges. Additionally, if a number of your group was changed, the information must be informed by the time. Otherwise the cancellation charge for the person will be subjected.
